Mandevilla

This week has been one I would like to forget.  I'm now playing catch up on posts of the photos I was able to continue to capture. 

These photos were taken Monday, April 23.

A new plant added last week is this Mandevilla.  The beautiful white petals stand out against the dark green leaves.

Can't get much cuter than a yellow lab puppy!  Full of loving licks, bouncy play and sharp teeth.  Given the proper training and nurturing these little ones will grow up to be retrieving machines.  The most loyal of friends.

Bode ran the Derby in the KCRC Field Trial Saturday.  He retrieved both birds in the first series.  Too bad the test was dropped because too many dogs scratched because of illness, injury and the weather forecast.  Still a fun weekend!

Today a friend and I set out on a fun photo shoot day.   We didn't have a specific agenda and ended up with some great shots while having lots of fun.

She wanted to get shots of the eagles which we did, and we found another eagle nest near Warsaw!

New growth on the grapevines weaving around itself into a beautiful pattern.  The grapes will develop into plump, tasty treats right off the vine and some will become Vino!
